  • Speaking with farmworkers and families
  • Speaking with PCUN staff and Oregon Legal Services
  • Visiting labor camps & new farmworker housing
  • Preparing for non-violent witnessing in the fields
  • Reflecting upon the farmworker struggle for justice
    in the company of others in Oregon's faith community

PART II

May 26-June 30 early am-8pm*
  • Stand with Farmworkers & support EMO resolution
  • Accompany PCUN organizers in the fields and labor camps
  • Observe working conditions firsthand
  • Record observations with cameras, camcorders, notebooks, etc.
  • Share your observations with your faith community and others
*Participants may choose one or more days for witnessing.
All events will take place in Woodburn, OR.

COST $35. Participants are encouraged to seek financial backing from their faith communities. Some financial aid available.
COST INCLUDES Lunch beverages and evening meal for may 17, & study packet.
IMPORTANT Participants should bring a brown bag lunch for may 17 & for the day of their witnessing.
