We at Cyber Internet Services, Inc. felt it was time to move the Internet out of people's garages and unapproachable office buildings closed to the public, into a location where you would feel comfortable visiting. Stop by on the way home from work or from the store. Bring us your questions. We're open until 5pm Monday through Friday, ready to help you in any way you can. You can even bring in your computer if you have a problem we couldn't solve for you over the phone.

Technical Support

Cyber Internet Services, Inc. has the best technical support in the business. We offer unlimited free tech support Monday through Friday, until 5pm at (503) 362-0005. Of course, you can always leave voicemail 24 hours a day or send email to support@cyberis.net. It is a local call. We will talk to you and help you even if you don't know what you are doing. We have all been there, and after all, someone else helped us learn what we know; we have an obligation to help you!

Features

Each Cyber Internet Services, Inc. account includes the opportunity for you to have your own web page. We have online help and instructions for creating your own web page. And finally each Intermediate or Advanced account includes two e-mail addresses, perfect for a family, business, or whatever.

Speed and Net Access

Almost all the other Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the area go through the same commercial middleman ISP in Portland. We don't. We go directly to the internet backbone because, frankly, it is faster. You are the one who benefits from that speed. Sure, it costs us a bit more to connect directly instead of through a Portland reseller, but we think you are worth it. Our direct connection puts you only 1 hop from the Internet Backbone, giving you even more uncrowded speed! Other providers typically have about 5 or 6 hops, resulting in congestion.

We have the lowest customer to modem ratio in the valley, meaning virtually no busy signals when you're trying to connect. In addition, all of our modems are a minimum of 28.8 kbps. We also have plenty of modems that are as fast as 56.6 kbps, so you can dial in at the fastest speed you can handle.
